Important: EEG brain data and screening results are classified as special category data (health data) under UK GDPR Article 9. We process this data only with your explicit consent, which is obtained before the screening begins via our intake and consent form.

Payment data

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Stripe handles all payment processing in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1. We receive only a transaction confirmation, amount, and the last four digits of your card for record-keeping.

Children's records: For clients screened under the age of 18, we retain all health data until the client reaches age 25. This follows NHS guidance for children's health records and ensures the data is available should the individual wish to access it as an adult — for example, to support a later diagnosis or medication review.
